Power flushing is an effective process that gives your central heating system a thorough internal clean and improves its performance.
An effective process
Over time, some heating systems may experience poor circulation that results in lukewarm radiators, reduced hot water, and increased noise as well as sludge build-up.
How does power flushing work?
Iron filings, sludge, oil, and grease build up within each radiator in your system because the water is always pumped in the same direction.
This has a detrimental effect on the efficiency of your central heating system and reduces its life expectancy.
When a system is professionally power flushed, the system is flushed in different directions to agitate the sludge and
debris and drain the system of any deposits. When flushing, special chemicals are used to ensure the breakdown of the sludge inside the system, prior to the deposits being removed.
